Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy, and we may not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products for you and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or prefer a refund.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping costs to the customer.
Digital Box does not accept returns for products that are fully customized as per your needs. However, we will replace the product if it is received in a damaged condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense, and they will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed as store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you via email once this has been completed. Digital Box will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping; however, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for warranty claims, Digital Box will process your claim within 7 days. Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 5-6 days.
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4-22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier selected. A more specific estimate will be provided at checkout.
Orders are usually dispatched within 4-5 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed. We take steps to minimize shipment delays during such times.
For change of delivery address requests, we can update the address any time before the order is dispatched.
Digital Box ships to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations
We can ship to military addresses using postal services. Courier services are not available for these addresses.
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to monitor the shipment's progress using the latest updates provided by the shipping provider.
If you receive a damaged parcel, please reject it from the courier and contact our customer service team immediately. If the parcel was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for the next steps.

For international shipments, import duties and taxes may need to be paid. Digital Box pre-calculates these costs and displays them at checkout, offering customers the option to pre-pay or pay separately upon delivery. Pre-paying duties and taxes facilitates faster delivery by reducing the likelihood of customs delays. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival, the goods will be returned to Digital Box at the customer's expense. A refund for the value of the goods (minus the return shipping cost) will be processed. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.
